And for our sisters, this your opportunity to connect with your devine feminine in the presence of the supportive masculine. So brothers and sisters let's gather together to connect, breathe, heal, move, express and grow. Get ready for an epic 3 hour experience, which is sure to be leaving you lighter and more inspired moving forward. .

Sharing Circle, Connection Exercises, Breathwork, Meditation, Grounding, Release Work, Music, Expression, Journaling, Sharing Circle, Sound Healing & a Fire Ceremony

Also includes;

Nature immersion, full expression, and plenty of time for integration.
