Refund Policy

We have a no refund policy, which means you cannot request a full refund from an already purchased event/ retreat. 

However, if you have already purchased a ticket, and are unable to attend an event due to unexpected circumstances/ personal reasons please contact us at We may be able to redeem your purchased ticket at our next event (valued at the same price). 

To start the process please contact us at explaining your situation. Once we receive your request, the decision process will begin. Expect up to 14 days for a decision to be made regarding the eligibility of your ticket, and whether it will be redeemable at our next event.
