We have decided to create an integration journal for our growing Man On Purpose family, as a THANK YOU for your ongoing support so far. WE SEE YOU!
Over the past few years we have tried and tested various tools, modalities and strategies, which have helped millions of humans over thousands of years. This includes different styles of breath-work, meditations, journaling, and much more.. During this time we found that specific modalities were more effective than others. Thus have decided to condense our 10 YEARS OF PRACTISE INTO 5 SIMPLE STEPS.
We encourage you to explore these modalities. It may not be easy at first, but the more you practise and dedicate yourself to these practises, the more powerful the experience will be for you. If you find a modality that you enjoy, and feel is working for you, then proceed to use them.

Remember these modalities are vehicles to allow you to connect more deeply with yourself, as you begin your journey in creating the unconscious conscious.
